The Court of Appeal has sacked spokesman of the Nigerian Senate, Adedayo Adeyeye, as the lawmaker representing Ekiti South senatorial district in the upper chamber of legislature.
The court then pronounced Senator Biodun Olujimi of the PDP as the rightful winner of the election.
Adeyeye, a former spokesman of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) is a member of the All Progressives Congress (APC).
